The San Diego County Water Authority is proposing to construct 1200 linear feet of 90-inch diameter welded steel pipe connecting to the future outlet pipe associated with the San Vicente Dam, as well as 3000 feet of 66-inch diameter and 75 feet of 48-inch diameter pipe and fittings connecting to the City of San Diego’s San Vicente Pipeline 1 and 2.
Solution:
Entech Consulting Group is providing administrative support and document control services in compliance with the San Diego County Water Authority documentation and recordkeeping requirements. Entech staff working on the site have assisted with
Establishing and maintaining information systems compatible with the Water Authority’s standard systems including MS Office 2000 Pro SP3, Primavera’s Expedition and Expedition Express.
Provide electronic submittals in conformance with the Water Authority’s standard information system requirements at the time when submittals are due.
Manage the receipt, logging, control, tracking and timely processing of all project documents, including correspondence and other forms of communication, technical documents, shop drawings, calculations, data submittals and manuals.
