Project Description:
This ±363,000-square-foot high-cube warehouse project, located in Rialto’s industrial corridor, was planned to meet regional goods movement demands while maintaining compliance with air quality and climate action policies.

Solution:
We modeled emissions using CalEEMod, evaluating both construction and operations against SCAQMD thresholds. The study also examined consistency with regional AQMP and City climate action goals, recommending best practices for emissions control.

Project Description:
The El Paseo project proposed development of 241 multifamily residential units on an urban infill site in Fontana, contributing to the City’s housing goals while situated near existing sensitive uses.
