Developed a PSD permitting strategy for their seafood processing plant inn Dutch Harbor.
Evaluated the facility-specific concentrations and total area-wide predicted concentrations with federal and state ambient air quality standards and PSD incremental standards.
Conducted optimal stack height analyses to evaluate the benefits of installing controls to gain operational flexibility while still complying with ambient air quality standards.
