Canyon Park Flyer Stop

Date: 6/2004-1/2005

Location: Bothell, WA

Summary:

The Central Puget Sound Regional Transit Authority (Sound Transit) identified the need to eliminate the circuitous route required by southbound transit vehicles accessing the Canyon Park Park-and-Ride. Sound Transit proposed constructing a transit stop on the southbound I-405 on-ramp at the SR 527/I-405 interchange, and a pedestrian bridge spanning I-405 with one elevator and stair set for access to the Canyon Park Park-and-Ride. The proposed project would improve transit access, speed and reliability. Entech was the primary air/noise expert contracted by INCA Engineers to conduct both the air quality and noise analysis.
